	Here's an unusual piece.  The roulette wheel below the witch spins when the car moves.  When a group of people would go on a tour, each person would bet on a number on the roulette wheel.   When the car stopped, the number that the witch's broom pointed to would be declared the winner!  Whoever had it would win a prize.  This is the ultimate gambler's mascot!
