El Indio Brass Indian, from the 1920's, designed by H Roux. With internal thread it also doubled as a radiator cap. Marked Carrocerias. El Indio and with the sculptors name on the shoulder H. Roux.
This was an advertising mascot for a company in Argentina who specialised in the production of vehicle coachwork - Carrocerias meaning Coachwork - I do not have details of the sculptor. |
