R. Lalique:  Five Horses.

1925 Five horses known as Cinq Cheveaux by René Lalique.  This piece was the only one of all his radiator mascots to be produced especially for a car, the Citroen 5 CV and he was commissioned to produce a special mascot for this company on 26 August 1925.  It was the very first mascot Lalique created.  Moulded mark R.Lalique with France etched.  First Introduced:  26 August 1925 Catalogue No.:  1122 Dimensions: 150mm high.
