Motoring Badges Vincent HRD Owners Club.
	A 1950's Vincent HRD Motorcycle Owners Club badge.  It features both enamel and chrome plating. HRD stood for Howard R. Davies, whose monogram appeared on the bikes he rode in the Isle of Man TT race during the mid 1920's.
