Schlaich - Boyce Motometer Lock.

This is a 3-3/8" in diameter Boyce motometer mounted on an aluminium winged cap.  It has a Paige dial insert and a Schlaich motometer lock device.

The Schlaich device is pictured detached in the bottom photograph.  It was made by the J.C. McAdams Sales Co. of New York City, N.Y. it carries the patent date of 2-16-25.  It attached to the motometer's threaded stem and was secured using a small set screw.  It is made from stainless steel and nickel plated brass.
