Early 1920s French mascot by Charles Soudant. A Polar bear balancing on top of an Ivory ball. This is a silvered bronze example and stands some 4.75 inches high, it is signed to the base of the right back leg Ch Soudant. The bear can also be found with the same markings on this site, however balancing on top of a metal ball. |
