An United Dominions Trust (Commercial) Ltd, advertisement from the 1960 Autocar magazine.  The advert was not as silly as it might first appear regarding building your own car, there were even as late as the 1960s many small companies and one-man bands here in the UK doing just that as they had 50 years earlier.  Britannia 1957 to the end of the 1960s built only six cars five of which still exist.  Buckler 1947 to 1962 500 with others supplied in kit form for self build.  Dellow a small sports car with a supercharger hair standing on end territory 1949 to 1957.  Elva the name was derived from the French for she goes Elle va 1955 to 1964, in 1964 the company was taken over by Trojan Ltd, manufacturing ceasing in 1969.  Enfield 8000 electric car failed miserably in 1969 to 1972.  Very interestingly most of these project cars were funded all or in part by the U.D.T.
