This latest Lalique mascot known as Vitesse had just arrived in the UK and was offered for sale from the Breves' Lalique Galleries at Imperial Court 2 Basil Street and also Sloane Street London SW3.  This mascot was to have originally been named Femme Nue but on completion was finally given the more distinctive title by René Lalique of Vitesse, these then went on to become one of the most sough after mascots in the world.
