Accessory Mascots

The A.E.Lejeune company of 132 Great Portland St London W1 built a range of aeroplane mascots, including the Super-Marine Rolls-Royce S.6. machines in which Flight Lieut. J. N. Boothman RAF. won for England the Schneider Trophy and later Flight Lieut., C. H. Stainforth, RAF secured the World Speed Record at 407.5 M.P.H.  This mascot was offered in three sizes 6, 5, and 4 inches long and with a chrome plated finish, also available at that time was a cigarette lighter, made from solid bronze with an antique silver finish and priced at around 3.5.0 UK Pounds.
