On the 10th September 2005 at the Beaulieu Autojumble auction Bonhams. The mascot collection of Charles Willmott, 'Pattern Chasing and Repousse Work' of 56 Frederick Street, Birmingham, 1920s-50s. Comprising of a quantity of original mascot illustrations with eleven matching mascots, together with many other assorted finished and chromed mascots, including large cobra, large eagle, cockerel, butterfly girls, salmon, flying fish, cat, warrior, yacht, dogs, nudes, birds and other winged creatures, many more un-chromed or un-finished mascots, some in pieces including figures, animals, fish, birds, insects, aeroplanes and others, with assorted spares and bases, and other assorted non-mascot castings, together with a hand written list of mascot model numbers.
